Our Venue
As you enter the hall, a beautiful stained oak staircase climbs overhead, creating a romantic setting for photos and the guests' first look at the bride and groom. Standing next to the staircase is a baby grand piano that is regularly tuned and maintained so that it is available for use if you choose to have a pianist.
We provide twenty-four tables seating eight people to ensure your guests' comfort, accommodating parties as small as 125 up to 500. We can also seat 300 comfortably for a reception. Each of the chairs are covered in white with organza bows. The tables are covered in floor-length white linens and topped with tuxedo-striped kerchiefs that come in a variety of colors to match your wedding. In the center of each table sits a delicate calla lily or candle lit tiffany lamp. We offer our centerpieces for the use of every bride but also welcome personalized arrangements.
The Food
Our buffet is situated to the right of the ballroom and features a granite counter to proudly display the tasty delights provided by our chefs. It is large enough to showcase both hot and cold entrees that are easily accessible for every guest. A variety of hot hors d'oeuvres are served by our uniformed staff to ensure that every guest has a taste of our tempting treats. A chocolate fountain can also be set up for your guests. Each bride and groom are sent away with a basket containing a sample of every dish served during the reception, including a piece of both the wedding and groom's cakes.
A beautiful toast should be surrounded by a beautiful setting. Stage1 offers a variety of cake plateaus to compliment any wedding cake. We also provide the bride and bridal party with champagne flutes during the cutting of the wedding cake so that everyone is able to participate in the toasting of the bride and groom. Upon request of the bride, a formal cake knife set can be provided as well. Stage1 offers a variety of menus to suit the tastes of every bride. A bar service of cold drinks, punch and coffee is included in every package. Additional alcohol packages can be purchased. Please contact us for further details about our bar packages.
It's the little things
All of our packages include some impressive extras. Monogrammed napkins with the bride and groom's initials, names, and wedding date are provided. Packages also come with a DJ and PA system. We have an always up-to-date variety of music from all genres. An onsite coordinator is also available for all weddings and receptions. This coordinator mediates between the bridal party, photographer, and DJ to ensure a seamless reception.
